In January of 2023, a few of us set out to ski Black Hole Couloir in grand Teton National Park in deep snow conditions. This is a short film from the trip.

Initially, we had planned to spend the week elsewhere, but we decided to drive from Denver to Jackson Hole instead. Although we didn't get much skiing in, we spent a lot of time in the sauna. The avalanche conditions aligned nicely for us to do a tour into the park on Saturday. A grueling, deep bootpack made for a great descent. Next time we are buying ascent plates.
